How long will my project take to complete?
The completion time varies depending on the scale and nature of the project. As soon as the client is onboarded, we begin the planning, budgeting, site visits, and drafting the blueprints.
What are your service charges?
The service charges vary from project to project. They depend heavily on the labour involved and the materials used.
Do you deal in property maintenance as well?
Yes, we do. We have extensive experience working with vacant and tenanted properties as well as land. We are fully insured and only hire local craftsmen and labourers who are well trained and licensed.
What is your project delivery system?
We begin with the initial onboarding process, taking the client’s instructions and drafting the blueprints. Following the client’s approval of a tender including the budget and timeframe, we start the work and deliver the project within the agreed upon deadline.
What initial information do I need to provide?
You will need to provide your budget, your deadline, basic instructions, and architectural guidelines (if any) for us to begin working on your project. Throughout the project, we keep you updated.
